Fantastic customer support!
I needed to change the dates I was attending a show as a rail strike meant I wouldn't be able to attend. Nandeep dealt with my issue quickly and efficiently ensuring I received tickets for a later date.

I booked tickets for the wrong day
I booked tickets for the wrong day. I emailed the company. Within a few hours they had changed the tickets to the date and time I was originally meant to book. Thank you for sorting that out or I would of had an upset daughter. Thank you to Nandeep who sorted this out for me.

Received an incredibly disappointing…
Received an incredibly disappointing response or rather lack of response, after asking to move dates of tickets with 72 hours due to a family bereavement. Despite asking to have matter escalated to a complaint, we have heard nothing. Very disappointing and will definitely not be using this company again.

Shameful company that should not be…
Shameful company that should not be operating still! They are a disgrace to the Theatre industry and the shows that place tickets with them. Despite purchasing their insurance and fulfilling the criteria for a full refund as two members had covid and several members of our party were in quarantine, due to the travel rules brought in just a few days before Christmas. They refused to offer a refund on the insurance we paid extra for or offer a voucher or change the date, which was our initial request. Nandeep was rude, and without any empathy or professionalism. I was horrified and will be taking further action. Highly recommend avoiding them and booking direct. Their insurance is not worth the email it's printed on!

I needed to change my tickets in order to see one of closest friends play his understudy while we were in the country and Nandeep was fantastic. Despite Easter Sunday being in the middle, he managed to change my tickets!! His communication was quick and efficient.

would not change the date when I caught covid. One rude message received telling me to gift to family or friends! Then refusal to reply. Absolutely disgusted!

Refused to offer extension of voucher
This company refused to offer extension of gift voucher after the lockdown and theatres being closed they have also disconnected the telephone probably to make it harder to contact regarding issues. Avoid under all costs unless you’re prepared to throw money away. They are also more expensive than buying from the theatre directly.

Changing tickets due to postponed trip
Nandeep responded so fast and was very helpful when we had to postpone our tip from Norway to London after the death of a near family member. Even though our Lion King tickets were not refundable or flexible, he exchanged them to a later date on short notice against an admin fee. Very positive experience, thank you!
